I am a woman, 60 years old and have had pain in my lower back, neck and hips for years. I ve always been pretty active and at the moment taking yoga classes to strengthen those areas. Should i see a specialist, if i see no results. I ve had ex rays and was told some of it was arthritis. should i have my spine looked at?
