What Causes Lower Abdominal Uneasiness And Cramps During Pregnancy?

Hi i am kavita..after molar pregnency in 2014.i am 5th week pregnent yet..i feel cramp..periods like pain ..my lower abdomen feels me uneasy allthe time..and sometimes there is pain in both side of absomen..my back is paining all the time..and i have no symptoms of pregnency in 5th week.such as nausea.vimiing..is it normal
