General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Lower abdominal pain after the intercourse could be due to stimulation of the cervix, ovaries get stretched over the ligaments after vigorous sexual activity, stretching injury
It should pass off in some time as you get accustomed to regular sexual activity.
Do sex very gentle initially and deep pelvic thrusting is avoided.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene before and after sex
Flush yourself thoroughly with water after sex.
Take tablet meftal saps
Avoid stress, take healthy diet and drink plenty of water
Hope this may help you
