Hello,

Your main symptoms of lower abdominal pain and vaginal itching point towards urinary tract infection, vaginal infection, and pelvic inflammatory disease. Both are commonly seen in diabetics. I advise thorough clinical examination, examination of vagina, urine culture, and vaginal discharge examination

Treatment depends upon the type of infection you have in your vagina. For urinary tract infection, tab Norflox 400 mg twice daily for 3 days is advised. Please do consult a gynecologist for specific diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
