General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Lower abdominal pain & cramps commonly occur due to bladder infection (E.Coli) causing urinary tract infection (UTI). Get physically examined, get urinalysis & stool tests (R/E, C/S).

Drink plenty of water, avoid using public toilets/washrooms, abstain from sex, wear cotton clothes & take care of your personal hygiene.

You may need antibiotics like Bactrim (sulpha-methoxazole, trimethoprim), Ciprofloxacin under a physician. For cramps you can take Spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one sos when pain.

Hope i have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
