What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Along With Fast Heart Rate?
I m having lower abdominal pain when my heart starts to race, mostly when I m aroused or just when my heart pace picks up. Its right in between the waste line and belly button. When I place my hand on that area when pained I feel warm and throbbing coming from the left side and lower throbbing on the right as if its enflamed. Please help
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your symptoms of lower abdominal pain radiating from the left to right side I am suggesting you have the following differential diagnosis Acute diverticulitis Acute salpingitis Pelvic inflammatory disease Ovarian cyst Endometritis Acute appendicitis Acute prostatitis Lumber spondylitis In view of this please do an abdominopelvic ultrasound and lumber x-ray to rule out this conditions
Meanwhile please see your physician with the result and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate expert management
