What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Taking Nystatin Pill And Acyclovir 400 Mg?
I am on two medications a oral nystatin pill 500,000 unit oral tab 4 times a day and ACYCLOVIR 400MG 5 times a day. I am having lower abdominal pain and the right side hurts more than anything. Could this just be from the medicine? I have been on these medications for a while now

Acyclovir can be associated with abdominal pain in some persons but other causes should be ruled out.
Pain on the right side of the abdomen can also be due to appendicitis, hepatitis, gall bladder disease.
It would be best to be examined by your doctor to rule out serious causes.
