What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After A Hysterectomy?

Complicated health history~ Lupus, Fibromyalgia and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, 1 1/2 yrs ago Complete hysterectomy. Have been struggling with a viriu for about 3 months. I have been having pain in my lower left abdomen/pelvic area, as if I still had an ovary & was getting ready t menstrate. The pain then goes through to my back. In addition I am having joint pain and a lot of leg and foot pain, low/ to no fever and trouble with bowel movements. Any suggestions? I have been laying on a heating pad which helps while on it but hurts just as much again when I get up.

Hello,

* The pain lower abdomen after hysterectomy can be related to pelvic adhesion, inflammation of some sort, ovarian cyst or else.
