Hello,

If you have Hepatocellular splenomegaly may cause compression on stomach and won't allow heavy food. Why because spleen lies on stomach may cause pain after meals.

Other possibilities are compromised biliary secretions or drugs may cause gastritis or mucositis may cause pain.

Please get one scan abdomen and endoscopy of Upper GI. Please consult your Gastroenterologist/oncologist, they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
