Dear Mrs Janina
Hello and thank you for asking on HCM!
I can understand your concern Mrs Janina
In your age egzosted some causes low level of estrogen,iam telling you as follow:
Before giving you some further suggestions i would like to know :;
•     Are you under stress , for a long time?
•      How is your menstrual cycle, is it regular, once in 28 days ?
•      Have you had irregular cycle during puberty ?
•     What is your BMI ? Low Body Fat: (It is believed that young women who have been diagnosed with anorexia or any other eating disorder that emerges as a contributory factor for low body weight, are most likely to have low estrogen levels.)
•     Estrogen is the primary female steroid sex hormone that is secreted by the ovum producing sex glands called ovaries.
It is the pituitary gland that stimulates the ovaries to secrete estrogen.
So we must to check Pituitary Gland Disorders during blood test for FSH and LH
•     Did you have done Ovarian ultrasound? Polycystic Ovarian Syndrom Women suffering from medical conditions that affect the ovarian function, are also at an increased risk of developing an estrogen deficiency. -The result of ovarian & breast ultrasound would be helpful.

My advised is to check your blood test :FSH, LH.and also the result of ovarian & breast ultrasound would be helpful.You must to contact with your gynecologies and endocrinology for more information.

If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask. I would be happy to help.
Kind regards
Dr Klodiana Poshi
