Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Medical abortion causes massive bleeding in some females.
Since you recently underwent abortion possibility of blood loss related anemia (low hemoglobin) is more likely.
Try to eat healthy food (more iron).
Avoid junk food. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Start iron, folic acid, vitamin b 12 and vitamin B 6 tablet for faster recovery.
Get done repeat hemoglobin estimation after 1 month.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
