What Causes Low Hanging Scrotum And Thicker Right Testicle?

I have a low hanging scrotum. My testicles feel normal. But it feels like there is something close to my right testicle. It seems thicker than my left spermadic cord. What could this be? I have experienced minor testicle injuries over the years.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.Both the testicles are never at equal level, the variation is always there for which you don't have to worry.
2.Abnormal feeling in the testicles and history of minor injuries over years - need to evaluate.
3.In this case ultrasound scrotum will be the investigation of choice.
4.Ultrasound will evaluate the condition of the testicle, its blood supply, epididymis status, chord thickness, vascular channel assessment.
5.Then it will be easy to come to conclusion and treat according to the findings. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
