What Causes Low Grade Fever With Vomiting?

Hi my 15 month old baby has mild fever (approx 38.3 degree Celsius) since 10pm. He then started throwing up through his sleep 3 hours later at about 1am. It s about 5am now and he has vomited thrice. The fever has subsided though. Do you think it s anything serious?

I HAVE GONE THROUGH YOUR CASE AND BEING YOUR PHYSCIAN I COMPLETELY UNDERSATNDS YOUR HEALTH CONCERNS..
All you need now is to maintain the hydration of your child give him small frequent liquids so that hydration is maintained along with electrolytes.
if fever recurrs try do cold sponging and do try to look for following signs
ANY PERSISTENT VOMITTING
DROWSINESS
SEIZURES
In all three conditions see your pediatrician immediately....
