What Causes Low Grade Fever Nausea, Dizziness Along With Slight Increase In Liver Enzyme?

My 16 yr old daughter has been experiencing periods of feeling very warm/hot over the last month. I have checked her temperature and she is not running even a low grade fever - nor does she feel warm to my touch. But she feel hot and needs the a/c on. She has been dealing with eating issues this year and is currently taking Prozac ( depression) and Strattera (ADHD). Note she just started the Strattera approx 6-8 weeks ago. She is an athlete and has also had issues her last number of practices catching her breath, feeling nauseous, and dizzy. She says it feels like tremendous pressure in her head. She had blood work done end of Jan due to her eating issues and had very slight elevation in the liver enzymes but were retested and fine then. She we be concerned and take her in to the doctor?
