Hi,
As per your clinical history, please follow like this-
1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor and do few investigations to confirm exact pathology [CBC with differential and stool exam].
2) Discuss with your Doctor about prescription medicines like [
Norfloxacin + metronidazole] for acute
diarrhea and [
omeprazole + domperidone] for
nausea and
vomiting and for fever you can take [Tylenol].
3) Drink [ORS] fluid regularly to prevent
dehydration and add probiotics.
Do follow lifestyle modifications like this-
1) Try to wash your hands before and after preparing food. In addition, wash your hands after handling uncooked meat, using the toilet,
sneezing, coughing and blowing your nose. Use hand sanitizer when washing isn't possible. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when you can't get to a sink.
2) Try to serve food right away or refrigerate it after it has been cooked or reheated. Leaving food out at room temperature can encourage the growth of bacteria. Wash work surfaces frequently to avoid spreading germs from one food item to another. Use the refrigerator to thaw frozen items.
3) Eat hot, well-cooked foods. Avoid raw fruits and vegetables unless you can peel them yourself. Also, try to avoid raw or under-cooked meats and dairy foods. Watch what you drink. Drink bottled water, soda, beer or wine served in its original container. Avoid tap water and ice cubes. Use bottled water even for brushing your teeth. Keep your mouth closed while you shower.
4) Ask your doctor about using preventive antibiotics if going to long distance.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
