What Causes Low Appetite, Body Pains, Fever Along With Cold?

I m 23yrs old. sufferng from cold,cough fever since 1 week. however fever becomes high only during night. extreme weakness and also a bit of body pain. unable to eat solid food due to some rash kind of thing inside mouth. hand and fingers aare shaking a bit. pz help

Loss of appetite and body ache and with cold and cough, the symptoms suggest possibility of viral infection , for this my suggestion to take rest along with anti allergic treatment such as Levocetrizine 5 mg once a day along with supplements such as B-complex and enzyme preparation to increase appetite and general weakness of your body. and for fever you may take anti pyretic Paracetamol+Diclofenac sod., by this treatment for 5-7days, hope you will get relieved from your ailment.take care and good luck.
