What Causes Low BP And Irregular Heart Rate?
I have been taking Metoprolol and amlodipine as well as Ramipril for High blood pressure. Recently my blood pressure goes very low and the heart rate is irregular after exercise. My doctor eliminated the Amlodipine and reduced the metoprolol but the situation continues any advice would be appreciated.

In my opinion, we should rule out arrhythmia (rhythm disturbances in heart) for your symptoms.
So get done ecg, 2d echo and Holter monitoring (24 hours continuous recording of Ecg).
Arrhythmia can cause hypotension and irregular pulse.
You may need anti arrhythmia drug to normalize heart rhythm.
