What Causes Loss Of Facial Hair Pigment?

Loss of facial hair pigment, skin seems lighter, no other lighting or pigment change. Occurs in dime to quarter shaped areas around my chin. Started on right side and seems to slowly be showing on my left lower chin and upper cheek. No real hair loss however the skin looks pink and the hair has turned white.
