I seem to have lost my body odor.?
Here are the facts:
-I am in college and far past puberty.
-i used to have a normal body odor profile: i have to wash every day or I start to smell and if i skip more than three days it would become unbearable.
-then about 3 or 4 months ago i just completely stopped washing anything other than my face(which I take meticulous care of oddly enough)
- i though after a few days i would be really rancid and usually that is a reminder to hop in the showere but after a week i noticed that i didn't smell.
-i thought that perhaps my sense of smell was off
-but as time went by nothing in my environment (friends, family, friends that are female, and even my girlfriend) alerted me to a problem
-i know that people around me would tell me if i smell because they have in the past but no such thing has happened here
-i do use deodorant but during the months that i have not washed that have been periods that where i di not change clothes didn't use deodorant and/or sweated profusely for periods of time and i never got complaints from people that have complained in the past
-this wouldn't be a problem but i am starting to get both concerned and curious. i am curious how long i can keep this up (i'm betting its pretty long because i have "been with" my girlfriend during this time and she hasn't be turned off and she is not the type of person to be polite about it, because i know i wouldn't if she had bad odor). i am concerned because i don't no the cause of this because its not as if i have never had bo i just don't have it anymore and i don't think there has been any change in me physically:

i dropped from 118 to 114 (i'm a very slim guy) and my appetite has decreased significantly (i used to be a skinny guy that ate like a body builder now i'm a really skinny guy who eatss slighty more than average)

I am really more looking for a medicall or physiological interpretation perhaps a condition that inhibits the healthy production of sweat contents that produces body odor.
