What Causes Loss Of Balance While Walking?

I have been using goof off for about 2 years on a daily basis @ my job & now I am experiencing some issues with my balance when I walk. I have been to the doctor s & they are sending me to a neurologist, because they have did several test & everything has came back normal & they are thinking that I have neuropathy. Could the goof off have caused this condition??

Hello,

No, while many things can cause neuropathy it is very UNlikely that

1) it hits ONE nerve
2) hits one of the hardest nerves to hit. Toxins hit susceptible nerves that are long and exposed.

This is why typically the symptoms are funny feelings in the soles of the feet.

ON the other hand, the nerves in the ears can have mild growths that cause them to given balance problems along with typically hearing abnormalities.

Or the nerves of the ears can age, but they are not likely to be hit by EXTERNAL problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
