General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history about being bipolar under treatment and gastrointestinal problems for 2 years.
Since Upper GI Endoscope is normal you need to have a symptomatic treatment as follows:
A PPI like Omeprazole.
Domperidone for nausea and heartburn.
Antacids when needed or when on empty stomach.
Soft bland diet.
Control of your Bipolar problem as this may be connected to your symptoms.
Once these things improve your appetite may improve as well.
Take a second opinion of a Gastroenterologist so that any further investigations like CT scan of abdomen, tests of stool and blood can be undertaken to correlate with symptoms and have an additional further management.

I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
