I have a feeling of heavy chest and extremely fatigued. Slight loss of appetite. I am 43 yr old female and had Pulmonary embolisms and DVT 4 years ago ( spontaneous) , it did not follow surgery. I have factor 5(X) blood condition. I feel slightly light headed. Not significant shortness of breath but very heavy chest. Symptoms have been persistent for 10 days now.

HI
Well come to HCM
If this is case of pulmonary embolism then this need to be investigated again for this to ruled out certain pathological changes, taking any medicine for the symptoms that you have is not advisable, in my opinion this case need further investigation according to the medical history given here, hope this information helps.
