hi i am a girl of age 17.i have serious problem in my stomach. i have done usg many times. according to it my left ovary is not seen and there is some problem in my stomach. other thing like kidney, gall bladder are normal. my current doctor said i may have symptoms of tuberclosis.i am adviced to do cect test. this problem is getting me tensed. i have loss lot of weight, i can't eat properly even i am very much hungry as if i eat more which normally i should eat then my stomach starts paining.the major problem is that i have become very weak and for a long period of time i didn't have mensuration even i have less blood in my body, i can't sleep properly at night ,i feel very tired.please suggest me what had happen to me.

Hai, loss of appetite, weight, anaemia, generalised weakness, lethargy sre important suspicion of tuberculosis.
Pain abdomen and menstrual irregularities are indicatige to abdominal tuberculosis also spreading to the ovaries and tubes.
Plscgo ahead with cect
Start antitubercular treatment as early as possible
U have to take good proteinaceous diet, good nutritious diet to boost up ur immunity levels.
This is usually a long term rx, u should have patience.
Pls take rx regularly&promptly. Take care.goodluck.
D8nt worry tuberculosis has very good rx &the prognosis is very good.
