Dear Sir, my name is Gaurang Rathod I m from Bhavnagar and working at Vapi , I m suffering from anxiety and depression from 3-4 years , on medication of psychiatrist but no improvement , my main problem is loss of appetite now , cannot eat single roti , no desire to eat and trembling when working against someone , during writing also hand trembling but it is only occured in front of someone , alone I can write and work no issue , once during interview in past trembling occured since than this problem started , please help me , can exercise help me to cure my problems ?
