What Causes Loss Of Appetite After Gallbladder Surgery?

I had a very painful gallstone recently pass thru my gall bladder a few weeks ago. But now I don t have an appetite, my stomach is having spasms thru out the day. Is there any way that the gall stone injured my pancreas? And am I at risk for diabetes because if this gall bladder attack?

Sometimes loss of appetite can persist post surgery. there is little chance that gall stone injured your pancreas, so no need to worry.
