General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Accumulation of fat in your chest making it resemble like breast might be due to gynaecomastia.
Do you take any other medicines or excessive alcohol?
Your problem could be due to an imbalance in the levels of your body hormones.
You need to get your estrogen, testosterone, sr. cortisol levels checked.
Stop taking any medicines containing steroids for a prolonged period and please do visit an endocrinologist for a proper evaluation.
I find this answer helpful
