What Causes Loose Stools In A Child After Changing The Milk?

Hi, my baby is now 5 weeks old and using Nan 1 for the past 2 weeks, but the last 3 days she is not sleeping well during the day and have a lot of soiled nappies. The colors vary from dark green to a mustard color and sometimes very runny with seed like consisstancy. Please tell me if I should change her milk to S26 or Lactogen or is it the milk at all.

Pediatrician 's  Response
It may be simple diarrhoea , mostly viral ,before giving Nan 1 what milk was being used ? Changing milk is unlikely the cause unless there is intolerance or allergy.
