My testosterone levels have been between 140-165 the last 6 months. I have seen all kind of doctors and nobody know why my testosterone levels are so low! I am only 34 years old. Is there maybe something we missed? I have been at oncologist and endocrinologist. Both have no idea why this is happening on my age
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Detailed evaluation is needed to find out the exact cause. In your age group, pituitary pathology can result in low testosterone levels. Get an MRI brain done to rule out pituitary causes. An endocrinologist can help you for detailed evaluation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
