What Causes Lightheadedness With Headache And Left-sided Abdominal Cramps?

Hello, so I have been for the past couple of days been very light-headed and getting multiple on and off headaches and slight cramping on the left side of my abdomen and my appetite has been very questionable and I m concerned as to why I feel this way.

Welcome to health care magic,

It would be slightly difficult to diagnose here in your case from only these symptoms like headache, lightheadedness or dizziness and stomach cramps since couple of days.

Can you tell me any other symptoms (apart from above) like fever,vomiting,altered bowel habit, ear pain/discomfort?

Also,It would be better if you can tell me any other past history of any disease or medication or recent surgery.

The possible causes I could suggest are acute gastritis or indigestion or tension headache or sinusitis or ear problem.

You can go for routine blood investigations,ESR and urinalysis.

Treatment is mainly based on the underlying cause.

However you can take symptomatic over the counter treatment like,

i) analgesic (diclofenac or paracetamol),
ii) antacids like ranitidine or pantoprazole or rabeprazole,
iii) antihistamines like betahistine or cinnarizine.

Further, I would advise you to see your family physician for detailed history and thoroughly clinical examination to get the diagnosis first.

Treatment will be depend upon the correct diagnosis.
