What Causes Lightheadedness, Periods Of Nausea And Muscle Soreness?
All bloodwork came back fine. Tested for lymes, thyroid, sugar etc. I m 51 years old. Same diet and exercise routine for last 30 years. Now I m experiencing light headedness, periods of nausea throughout the day that come and go, and some muscle soreness. What can this be if anything?

These simple tests will help like CGRP levels, CRP, ESR, if you got any injury and after that nausea an headache then need CT scan. Also, check fever, tab Tylenol 325. mg for symptomatic fever, and tab Ondansetron for vomiting.
