What Causes Lightheadedness, Palpitation And Pain In Shoulders?

Hi for the past week I ve had chest pain that feels like someon is sitting on my chest and the pain goes into my shoulders. I get very short of breath and sweaty when doing something as simple as walking up the stairs. I also get lightheaded, it feels like when you have blown up too many balloons. I do get palpitations quite regularly as well . I m 30 so hoping it s not a sign my heart is unwell. Thank you
