General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Though your efforts for weight loss are tremendous, I would say it's due to the breakdown of fat. Fat breakdown produces lactic acid mainly responsible for headache causing light headed Ness throughout the day. You can take tablet Aspirin for that. Also take enough protein per day. So weakness will not affect you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirav Nimavat, General & Family Physician
