What Causes Lightheadedness And Tingling In The Feet?
Today I had a bout of lightheadedness, felt a racing pulse in my neck, had an inexplicable urge to cry, tingling in my feet. I thought I might faint. I was inside eating lunch. Eating may have helped but I still felt lightheaded and came home and lay down. I did have bronchitis last week.

Lightheadedness, Tingling in the feet are mostly due to Peripheral Neuropathy or Vitamin B12 Deficiency . It can also be Generalised anxiety Disorder
If its severe it can be a TIA Transient Ischemic
Attack
Medications such as Tramadol 4 Pain
Pregabalin 4 tingling Capsiacin Cream are Useful
