What Causes Lightheadedness And Dizziness Post Workouts?

I have been doing crossfit for a year now. I have worked out my entire life. I am 32 years old. Recently I have been getting very light headed and dizzy after workouts. The feeling has lasted for a few days after each workout. It started a week ago. I was so dizzy after a workout yesterday morning that I had to go to the hospital. I woke up feeling very light headed and could feel the blood rush to my head and then take a few seconds and happen again. The emergency room took tests and they were all negative the ekg and blood tests. They also said it s not dehydration What should I do next?
