I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options. As per your history, you have already reached at term. so please do not worry about baby s maturity. If vaginal discharge is not copious- a lot- please do not panic. It could be discharge either from cervix- mouth of the womb, or vaginal secretions. I will suggest you to put Clingen vaginal tablets one at night insert in vagina for 6 days. If you do not have foul smell to that discharge or itching of vulva or burning during urination , you need not worry. I think what you are concerned about is breaking of water- bag around baby, but if it breaks there will be gush of warm fluid from vagina and not small amount of water. so please keep watch.
