What Causes Light Periods, Uncomfortable To Lay On Stomach?
Hi i am 18 years old and sexually active. I thought i was pregnant because i had a lot of symptoms but i got my period. It was extremely light and i usually have heavy periods So i was a bit freaked out. Now it's uncomfortable to lay on my stomach. I'm so confused. Can i be pregnant or is this just my mind playing games with me because of all the things i read?

I will advice you to do a Urine pregnancy test (UPT) .
You can buy the UPT KIt from a local pharmacy for 50 Rs and do the test on her. All the instructions on how to do the test is given in the box of the kit. If the test is positive you have to show a gynecologist and if it is negative then there is no worry . You just have to use condoms or OC pills from next time

Hello, well from the history you have given, I would suggest you to do a urine pregnancy test at home ideally with early morning urine sample to rule out pregnancy first, if you did not use any contraceptive mode . Sometimes some women also have spotting during ovulation period.If your test turns out to be negative, than you can wait for few more days for your periods to arrive. Hope i was helpful to you.
