What Causes Light Period Along With Foul Odor And Lower Back Pain?
I had what i thought was my period for that lasted for 2 days, that same night i started having brown discharge with very foul odor. This started 2days ago, i have bad cramps and lower bad pain and headaches. The color is not as bad almost clear now but still more discharge than normal and cramps hurt. Still an odor, not as bad. My period usually lasts 4 to 5 days.

Dear it could be because of fungal infection.I would suggest you to get swab test done first and discuss with the ganaecologist.As you may need antibiotic course to treat the infection.
