Hi welcome to HCM.
This could be an episode of acute autonomic instability secondary to environmental humid condition. This can present with elevated blood pressure and gross variations in heart rate.Prompt cooling of the body is needed to needed to reduce the severity of symptoms.Intake of cool drinks with antipyretics like paracetamol is all that is needed.Symptoms will improve by themselves.Consult your doctor for further queries.
Thank you
