What Causes Light Headedness And Blurred Vision In A Type 2 Diabetic?

Hi , I am light headed from time to time my vision is slightly blurred and I feel off balance everyday. I was diagnosed with type2 diabetes but do not take insulin only Victoza and now Farxiga. ,my right hand at times feel tingly and becomes swollen and my left eye is dry and red every morning,

Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.

These are symptoms which might suggest complications of the diabtetes, in my opinion you are having these symptomes due to uncontrolled sugars, I would suggest you to visit your doctor and get complete checkup done, he will check your blood pressure sugar levels and neurological exam including eye.

Important blood works can also be considered like HbA1c , its advised to visit your doctor as soon as possible, if everything is found to be fine then other causes can be thought of, but till then main suspect is diabetes complications.
