What Causes Light Headedness Along With Hot Flashes And Rapid Heart Rate?
im not dizzy just light-headed...smetimes I feel while standing that I m weaving--i play racquetball, exercise class weekly... i can stand on one leg for 30 sec without a problem..but i just don t feel right i have an appetite and sleep well. I do have hot flashes but i have had those for over ten years... i m now starting to have jerkiness and pounding heart ( at time) these symptoms have been going on for the last 2 months- wondering if this is low blood sugar
Good to know that you exercise well and try to maintain health. I would like to suggest to concentrate on diet and yoga too for good health. Yogic postures like sun salutation and shavasana helps in reducing stress and increases cerebral circulation. Avoiding fast food, spicy food and hostelling will also help reduce headache frequency. 7-8 hours of good sleep is equally important.
