General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM.
I have read your history carefully.
Feeling dizzy along with pounding heart can be due to high blood pressure. Pain in chest radiating to neck and jaw tightness might be signs of angina which occurs due to insufficient blood flow to the heart.
If you are a known case of stroke and overweight then it is not advisable to ignore these symptoms.
You should undergo examinations like EKG and lipid profile.
Hope this will be helpful.
Thanks for your question. Take care.
