What Causes Light Colored Stool Discharge?

I am iron-deficient anemic. My latest blood tests showed, barely, low creatinine levels, low hematocrit, and low MPV. All three were just under the normal range. The past few days, my stools have also been light in color. Should I be worried about something?

HI
Well come to HCM
when this is iron deficiency then why to go for creatinine because this is for the renal function and high value of this is matters, I think you need not worry any of your condition stated here because this could be nonspecific, and everything would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care.
