What Causes Light Colored Bowels?

Hi, I am 32 yr old female, I have had PCOS for about 5 yrs now. Since May2010 I have been having RUQ dull pain but at times it is sharp. It also hurts in my rt. shoulder blade & about Aug. I started having heart palpatations as well. My mom an ER nurse did an EKG and results were normal. Last Jan2010 I had appendectomy. But yesterday 2-16-11 I had a very light cream colored BM, I didnt think much of it, but today I had another light cream colored BM. Nothing in my dt. has changed. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
