Hello welcome to HealthcareMagic Regarding your experience with light brown vaginal discharge followed by use of Yaz pills I will suggest you have developed a hormonal inbalance due to the contraceptive pills
In view of this please do a hormone profile test and see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
Concerning when you will see your menses again to test for another pregnancy test will depends on your definitive treatment with your gynecologist specialist
I hope this helps Regards
