What Causes Lethargy,body Overheat And Sweating?

Starting this afternoon around 11:00, I started to feel weak and became overcome with a feeling of being overheated. I began to sweat and feel faint. I had slight nausea. These symptoms are still persisting, though I do not have a fever. What s going on?

It might b anxiety r syptoms of hyperthyroid ism ..perform serum tsh for furthr evaluation.. In anxiety palms are cold and sweaty while in hyperthyroidism palms are warm and sweaty...othr sings and syptms might also present..performe s.tsh
