What Causes Lethargy, Weakness, Diarrhea And Low Appetite?
My 75 year old father is lethargic, weak, orange colored urine, diarrhea, low appetite. Had a stroke 11 years ago and taking meds for that, but otherwise no change in meds. Only exception is miralax every day instead of every other day. Any suggestions for causes or treatment?

Since he is having diarrhea, you may want to consider discontinuing the miralax , at least temporarily.
It would be worsening the diarrhea.
The persistent diarrhea would be contributing to his weakness and lethargy.
He would need appropriate fluid replacement to help give back fluids and electrolytes. This can be in the form of oral replacement therapy or gatorade.
If he is not able to tolerate oral fluids, he would need iv fluids.
