What Causes Lethargy, Fatigue And Watery Eyes After An Accident?

I was in a car accident 10 weeks ago. I My lower body was badly bruised and I had a black eye. Ct scan and xray showed no internal injuries. I do have whiplash and was diagnosed with a bruised heart after a grossly abnormal ekg and an angiogram. My ekg is back to normal but I continue to have these speels of fatigue. I feel feverish, my eyes water and I become somewhat lethargic. This happens at various times of the day for anywheres from one hour to ten hours. Any thoughts?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that your history of accident and the cardiac symptoms are nothing to do with each other and in my opinion the cardiac condition need to be managed separately, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
