What Causes Left Sided Abdominal Pain With Nausea And Spotting?

Hi me and my boyfriend have been having sex everyday for a month now .. well two weeks ago I had pain in my left lower side of my stomach I felt sick to my stomach but never threw up ... yesterday i had a light pink discharge and today I have had a head ache all day and sharp shooting pains in my lower stomach here and there ... what can this be && what should I do ?

Hello dear
Looking at your history this could be due to
Infection like STI or PID associated with Acid peptic disease

In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC Liver function test Urine for culture and sensitivity test

You may require a course of antibiotics or antifungal under supervision of your doctor

meanwhile maintain good hygiene
Have plenty of fluids which will help by flushing the urogenital tract
Hot water bath is recommended to take.
