What Causes Left Sided Abdominal Pain During Menstruation?

I have no fallopian tubes due to ectopic pregnancies, two months ago I had a very painful period with a lot of pain in the left ovary, last month was normal. This month no period came and I have a dull achy sometimes crampy pain on the left ovary again. My periods are always regular. I m 38 yrs old.

Hello Welcome to HCM.periods pain comes in the mid area lower abdomen or lower back pain.If the pain repeats just get one abdomino pelvic scan to rule out any abnormalities.Take care.
