What Causes Late Period, Fatigue And Blood Spotting?
I think I may be pregnant but I m not sure. My husband and I have been ttc for 2+yrs. Several tests have all been negative so far; I am definitely late for my period though. I am either 5 days or 12 days, but am not sure on the exact date on my last pd. My symptoms include: mild to moderate cramping for the last week, noticeable moodiness and fatigue for at least two weeks, gas, extreme thirst. Last night after intercourse I noticed some light pink spotting, but it was very little and there was no more throughout the night or next morning. However, I just experienced another spot of blood, this time brickred and brown and thick. I hope I m not starting my period! I do feel some cramping, as I have for a week now. Please help!

I think i have understood your concern.
please get urine pregnancy test done or blood test for beta HCG.
if any of the tests are positive for pregnancy you must get ultrasound done.
there could be possibility of early pregnancy or some placental bleeding.
Another rare condition of ectopic pregnancy needs to be ruled out by sonography.
